I know this isn't true because it is the only Microsoft account I have so it's the only one I could've used for this download, I also tried using other accounts of my families and their accounts won't unlock it either. This is fine, but every time I sign in with the account that is linked to the download like it asks it will sign me in but it says this isn't the account used to download this. I recently downloaded the free office for students with a Microsoft account and I got it open and running but now it's saying I have until April 1st to verify it.
